Silverbox End User Registration and License Agreement
The Biorhythm software ("Software") is provided
to you free of charge, STRICTLY "AS IS," subject
to the terms and conditions of this Registration and
License Agreement (the "Agreement"). Please
read this Agreement in full before using the Software.
ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT MAY USE THE SOFTWARE.
All versions of the software are protected by common
law copyright and the sole property of Silverbox Productions.
Commercial use of this version is expressly prohibited
without prior written consent of Silverbox Productions.
The software may not be duplicated, sold, distributed
or utilized in any manner not described herein without
the prior written consent of Silverbox Productions.
Parties interested in licensing the software for other
than personal use should contact Silverbox Productions
at http://www.silverbox.com/feedback/email.html.
1. Distributing Copies of the Product. You may make
copies of your copy of the product to give to others,
as long as it is not modified from the original download.
2. The software is a freeware product. It may be used
free of charge.
3. You understand that you use the Software at your

maximum extent permitted by law, Silverbox Productions.
disclaims all warranties pertaining to this software,
expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties

special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages
arising out of the use or inability to use this software
even if Silverbox Productions is aware of the possibility
of such damages or known defects.

property of Silverbox Productions.
